Richard Faher brings a unique private sector background and perspective to state government.  He has worked for 25 years as an application software consultant.  He has worked in 45 of the 50 states in the United States.  He has also worked throughout Canada and Mexico.  Richard Faher conservatively estimates that he has worked in over one thousand different companies, working with over ten thousand different individuals consulting on application software.
 
After years working in the private sector and extensively following the various issues facing California, Richard Faher feels his plans and ideas are what is needed to solve the complex problems facing California today.
